United Nations Nairobi, 9th July 2025: H.E. Amb. Nakhumicha Wafula, E.G.H., Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kenya to the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat), presented her credentials to Ms. Zainab Hawa Bangura, UN Under-Secretary-General and Director-General of the United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON). Amb. Wafula reaffirmed Kenya’s commitment to supporting the work of the UN in Nairobi, especially in advancing sustainable urbanization and human settlements.
