Nairobi, 22nd October 2026: H.E. Amb. Nakhumicha Wafula, E.G.H., Permanent Representative of Kenya to UN-Habitat, welcomed officials from the Human Resource Management and Development Department of the State Department for Foreign Affairs, Kenya, to the Permanent Mission for the routine physical staff headcount exercise.
The exercise forms part of the Government’s ongoing staff verification and headcount process, which promotes accountability, transparency, and the prudent management of public human resources.
The team successfully completed the verification, confirming that the Permanent Mission fully complies with the required staff verification procedures and remains well-positioned to advance and promote Kenya’s interests at UN-Habitat.
