Nairobi, October 29th :The Permanent Representative convened a strategic meeting with Political Officers at the Mission to advance key priorities in line with the Mission’s mandate. The session focused on identifying effective strategies to prosecute the Mission’s core mandate, follow up on the call to Action from the High-Level Breakfast of Housing Champions, and explore avenues for strengthened collaboration with the Nairobi Rivers Regeneration Commission. Members also underscored the importance of amplifying the profile of UN-Habitat—headquartered in Nairobi—as a global leader in sustainable urban development and inclusive housing solutions.
