PREPARATION FOR SIDE EVENTS AT THE UPCOMING RESUMED SESSION OF UN-HABITAT ASSEMBLY IN MAY 2025

Nairobi, 25th April 2025 – Amb. Grace Okara, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kenya to UN-Habitat, chaired a key preparatory meeting with representatives from the Office of Her Excellency the First Lady ahead of the resumed session of the UN-Habitat Assembly, scheduled for 29–30 May 2025 at the UN-Habitat headquarters in Nairobi. Also present at the meeting were representatives from the State Department for Housing and Urban Development and the UN-Habitat Kenya Office.
