Nairobi, 5th September: H.E. Ambassador Nakhumicha Wafula, E.G.H., Permanent Representative of Kenya to UN‑Habitat, led Mission staff in extending heartfelt condolences to Mrs. Mary Kimata, Administrative Attaché at the Mission, following the passing of her mother, Mama Esther Kimata.
During the burial ceremony, Ambassador Nakhumicha also read a message of condolence from the Principal Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Korir Sing’oei, conveying the Ministry’s sympathy and support to the bereaved family.
The Mission staff joined the Kimata family and fellow mourners in laying Mama Esther to rest. Ambassador Nakhumicha expressed deep appreciation to the people of Kaiberere Village, Gatundu North Constituency, for their warm reception and the generous support extended to the Kimata family during this period of mourning.
