21st October 2026: H.E. Amb. Nakhumicha Wafula, E.G.H., Permanent Representative of Kenya to UN-Habitat, joined the Chief Guest, H.E. President Dr. William Samoei Ruto, in celebrating the 63rd Mashujaa Day Celebrations at Kipchoge Keino Stadium in Eldoret City, Uasin Gishu County.
The national event brought together Heads of State and Government, Kenyans from all walks of life, and members of the diplomatic community to pay tribute to the heroes and heroines who have contributed to making Kenya a better place. H.E. the President reminded Kenyans of the ideals of equality, dignity, and shared opportunity for which these heroes and heroines sacrificed. These same ideals continue to guide our efforts to build a more inclusive and prosperous Kenya.
